Amazing
Amazing scent. Just right for me. Very feminine. Lasted a whole week for me. I can still smell it on the scarf I wore a week later. Will certainly buy again. Great value for money.

I'm addicted
This contains bergamot, rose, jasmine, geranium, chamomile, cloves, cumin, patchouli, vetiver, castoreum and musk. I have a lot of expensive perfumes but recently started buying milton lloyd for my teen daughter as she drenches herself in perfume. However, I literally stole this one from her because it smells so nice on me. I have no idea what it's supposed to smell like - apparently similar to Clinique Aromatics Elixir - but as a perfume it is classy, clean and you keep getting a whiff of it hours later. It does take 10 minutes to settle down on me but after that it's amazing on my skin. This is lighter than an oriental but not heady like a full on floral. All I can say is it smells happy and clean to me and it gives me an energy boost. It's a daytime, spring and summer perfume. You probably want something warmer and more resonant in the winter. But this says spring to me. I have now bought a wide variety of milton lloyd perfumes because they really are good quality and well made. Some I like more than others, but this is one I'd buy again.

For this price its simply amazing!
Like most people I have my favourite signature perfume but now and again have purchased Clinique Aromatics for a change. I like its warm, clean almost soapy smell although some people do find it a little too strong and heady. Having read reviews about Grasse I thought I would compare the two. For this price what did I have to loose! I am absolutely delighted and find very little difference from the much more expensive Clinique product. If you like Aromatics then try this even if only as a cheaper option for everyday wear.I have worked in the perfume industry and generally hate cheap copies claiming to smell like the real thing but not so with this one. Do be warned though, Clinique Aromatics has a very strong distinctive fragrance which is not for everyone so the same applies to Grasse. As for me, I love it and will purchase again.

Bears no resemblance to Aromatics Elixir
I didn't really hold out much hope for this smelling like my signature fragrance and I was correct. I am amazed that some people have said it does smell like it - their olfactory senses are clearly subnormal.Having said the above, it IS actually a nice light Spring/Summer non-offensive daytime fragrance which comes in very nice packaging for the price. The atomiser spray is better than I've had on any perfume before, including the real thing. It disappears completely though within an hour, not much use. I passed this onto my sister who took it to use as a room fragrance spray. Do NOT buy this if you are a die-hard Aromatics Elixir user (though sadly even it doesn't smell like it used to, since oakmoss was banned :( )

Pleasant fragrance
Nice fragrance but apart from a brief moment when first sprayed this is nothing like I remember the original from when I bought it in the 90's. Now, maybe in the last 30 years the original has changed and this copy is similar to that, I don't know. Anyway, I'll still use it as it smells like beauty soap used to smell like in the 80's.

My new favorite
I was looking for a new perfume and remembered how good the last perfume I purchased from Milton-Lloyd was (Summer Flowers..absolute dream!!), and so I went for this one as it had been compared to Clinique Aromatics. I had heard so many good things about the designer fragrance, I always wanted to try it.I figured if I didn't like it, I could give it to someone who would.Anyway, I didn't need to worry. It is absolutely beautiful. It smells so clean, so fresh. Delicately floral with a touch of musk.I don't know how to explain it really, just layers of scent, blended beautifully. Some may say it's a dated smell, however I happen to love those types of smells (even being in my 30's. There is something so elegant about these perfumes that I adore.)It has lasted me the whole day and I can still smell it! So longevity is definitely not an issue. I noticed many had said otherwise, but perhaps they had a faulty batch? It's beautiful. Truly.10/10, I am so impressed.I have already placed my next order for the "Melody" fragrance :D

Memorable stuff! :)
I can affirm, semi-scientifically ;), that this is an excellent, exact, alternative for Clinique Aromatics. Why? Because the Clinique original was the signature scent of my Aunt, when my sister and I were little. My sister was never fond of her. To be frank, she hated her, was intimidated by her. (I always rather liked her! Found her clever, funny, and classy). So: a little test. I wore this scent - the smellalike - for a trip with my sister in her car. She welcomed me warmly and chattily but as we drove along she became visibly less happy. A sort of irritability arose. She became very short-tempered with other drivers. I asked her what was wrong. She said, I dunno, I just feel a bit off, sorry!I waited a little while. Then she asked: is that a new scent you've got on today? It's not your usual, is it?No, I said, all innocence. Why, don't you like it?No, it's very nice, of course, but... It seems to remind of something, or somewhere... Can't quite place it, but it's not a happy memory...Of course, later I put her out of her misery and told her. She immediately clicked - our Aunt, yes, that's it! Specific memories I won't bore you with here...Memory and sense of smell are extremely closely interlinked in the brain. So this is pretty good going for a COPY of the remembered scent to affect her so!
