Great for knee. I freeze them, then I wrap one or two in a microfiber cloth and stick it under my knee brace and they work very well.

Perfect size to slip into a brace or a wrap.

You can tell these were made correctly. Their soft, a good size for anywhere on your body and they freeze quite nicely. They stay cold for about a half hour too until I have to change out for the next one. I haven't warmed them up but I fell asleep with one on and could feel the warming gel can get pretty warm. They work very well.

My husband and I use them as cushions in the bottom of our hand-crafted stone wine chillers. Perfect fit, extra element of cooling at the bottom of the cored, cool stone, and it offers breakageprotection if the bottle is dropped into the wine holder too hard. I haven't had occasion to use one for the intended purpose of a bruised elbow, a toothache, or a sore heel, but I would go for this well-constructed brand before the others, hands down.
