You don't have to use the large scoop included, that amount can upset your stomach. Start with a small amount and increase until anxiety and mood gets better. I will use this forever.

Works better than similar brands I have tried that were cheaper but not as effective. Also, good taste. I have proven this in head to head comparison and monitoring my sleep in great detail.

I've been using this brand for years based on a doctor recommendation. Generally speaking the product itself is amazing!! Highly recommend. Helps with migraines, sleep and a bunch of other magnesium deficiency issues you might have. I've always purchased the wild berry. It's very sweet so I switched to the pills when they released that option last year. They are a higher cost/unit so while I love the convenience, I thought I'd try the unflavored powder. I am not a fan at all. It's not completely tasteless. It changes your water to a chalky flavor. Even in a flavored water I could taste it. It's so bad, I haven't been taking it at night before bed. I have an entire container to get through though! IMO, go with the flavored powder or get even better choice, purchase the pills. Giving 4 stars bc of the flavor. Debated on 3 but all else is fine with the product and generally love it.
