The package was arrived on time. The packaging was superb. I like the bag very much. The size was just perfect. The design was so classic. The color was so rustic which i like it very much. But I had to return the bag as i can't stand the smell of the leather. The smell doesnt smell like normal leather, it's smell like rotten leather. I am so sorry to say this but seriously, even my wife sitting next to me can't stand the smell.

This is a sturdy bag that is great for carting books to and from uni without looking like a nerd from an '80s film with a massive rucksack. Quite a few comments about the strong aroma of the leather... The bag does smell of leather, but, rather shockingly, it is a leather bag. Mine has a faint smell that no one has commented on. Buckles are a little fiddly and there is some glue that comes off on your fingers initially, but it is still a lovely leather bag that is both stylish and practical.

i would not recommend, as the shoulder strap just didnt work, it fell off when the bag was worn over the shoulder with items in it! so have returned it.not very happy.

I purchased this satchel for my adult son's birthday, he is so pleased with it,the leather is lovely and looks so natural because the texture isn't uniform, there seem to be quite a few comments about the smell of the vegetable based dressing, we haven't found it offensive at all and it is already fading after only a few days. The bag is strong and well made and the buckles are sturdy, I think the satchel will last for many years.

The bag looked great on Amazon and I was not dissapointed when it turned up. Very good quality and it even came with cleaning polish. Would recommend highly

This bag is both practical and beautiful. Whilst it did smell quite strongly of leather when it first arrived, it came packaged with incense and the smell quickly faded with use. It was definitely worth putting up with the smell for a couple of days, as this is a wonderful bag. Hoping they will be back in stock soon as would make an ideal christmas present for someone else!

Great product. Very good size and attractive, has received compliments. I didn't find leather smell too offensive although it was initially quite strong. The smell faded after about one month and is now faint. Very pleased with purchase. Can fit a good amount of books and extras, but also keeps shape if emptier. Also holds shape if not buckled up and front pocket is useful for keys, phone, etc.

This got delivered Friday and I could not be more impressed . Fantastic quality , looks amazing , perfect size for laptop . Searched ages for one like this and so glad I made the right choice . Well done on making a fantastic product would recommend to anyone :-) love it x Jemma Pearson
