These work well. I love that they are made with 100% xylitol for oral health and are 0 calories. They are ever so lightly minty in flavour and they increase saliva production while you have them in your mouth. They are solid mints, not chewy ones. They are a quite small so I understand why the suggested serving is 2 mints, but I rinse my mouth and then generally use 1 mint after I eat or drink anything, being careful to swish the saliva around my mouth so that everywhere gets the xylitol. Once I use them, my mouth feels totally clean all the time. I've already purchased 2 bottles and intend to continue with them.

These mints are perfect! I work in an office and I feel like they clean my mouth and freshen my breath. I usually pop one after I eat. They really work well! Way better than other mints. They don't irritate my throat and they dont taste super strong like some mints. Must try!!

I keep Zellie's mints on my bedside stand to help with dry mouth/throat while I'm sleeping. They help stimulate saliva production and provide a nice minty flavor without the risk of tooth decay. For me, these have been as effective as a much more expensive xylitol based dry mouth mint that I was previously using. These aren't as strong as my favorite "curiously strong" mints, but they are nice and minty!

These are very refreshing after any meal or during the day. In addition to the benefits to your teeth and gums they really clear any food after tastes like onion, garlic or curry. They cost a bit more but it's worth it to avoid the waxes , sugars, fillers and chemicals other brands are made with.

I love Zellies cinnamon mints. I probably eat them too much. They are a perfect size for just a little taste and have a nice texture. Actually, each cinnamon mint packs quite a punch. They have no sugar in them—just xylitol—and Dr. Ellie says they are good for my teeth so I’m happy to eat them. I wish they were a little cheaper but it’s less expensive than paying for dental work! My gums are improving!

Great addition to dental care, helps with dry mouth and tastes much better than the gel stuff, love the cinnamon taste. Some family found the cinnamon strong, but they are my favorite. Peppermint is good too.

I’ve been following Dr. Ellie’s tooth care system for about a month. I bought everything that she suggests we use to help us with our teeth and gums. I love the taste of the Zellie’s Spearmint mints. They are refreshing and have just the right amount of mint flavor. When I chew them, my mouth immediately begins to make saliva, and they keep my mouth moist during the night. I generally am a mouth breather and my mouth gets so dry while I sleep. These mints have really helped in that regard. Since I’ve been using the mints, my teeth feel shiny and smooth. I wake up with nice smelling breath too! I would highly recommend these Zellie mints. NOTE - please keep these away from your dogs as they are highly toxic to dogs.
