Usage instructions: 1. Wash your feet before beginning. 2. Tear off the green label sticker. 3. Open with scissors, cutting along the dashed line. Then put your feet in as if wearing socks. 4. Tear off 3/4 of the red label sticker, flip it up onto the opposite side and firmly stick it, adjusting the position for desired tightness. 5. Wear the packs for about 90 minutes. 6. After 90 minutes, remove them from your feet and wash your feet in warm water. 7. Exfoliation will begin within 1 - 2 weeks. Warnings: - Do not use if allergic to alcohol. - For those with sensitive skin, please test on a small area of skin first to check if there are any reactions. - During the 3-7 days of exfoliation don't use scrubs or pumices and don't try to remove the skin yourself. It will come off in its own time. - Do not use if you have open wounds, rashes, skin diseases, or swelling. - Not for use by infants or children. - During pregnancy, the skin can be very sensitive so we advise you to consult a doctor before applying the product. - This product contains fruit acids which may temporarily increase skin sensitivity to sunlight and sunburns. - Avoid sun exposure during the week following treatment. Use protective clothing and sunblock. - Stop using this product if any skin irritation develops. In such a case, contact your physician immediately.
