Stamps Away - Ink Rack (Holds 48 Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads)

This is a good, sturdy product. It arrives flat-packed with instructions to put it together. The instructions state that sandpaper will be supplied - it was not. I understand that a few pieces will be harder to slide in and fit, as the purpose of the ink rack is to stay together and provide years of use, however I struggled to get some of the pieces to fit. I followed the instructions carefully, patiently sanded some pieces down after a scrabble to go out and buy some sandpaper, but even using another piece to push another into place just caused skinned knuckles and bruised fingers.In sheer desperation I used a hammer (with some old fabric between the rack and the hammer to avoid causing damage) and had to slowly bang pieces all the way down and in, so as I could fit the top and bottom.I would recommend the product as it is really handy to store your TH distress ink pads, however it is not easy to assemble and you may need to enlist help, if for no other reason than a sanity check and for some encouragement to not throw in the towel.

I absolutely love it. It went together in literally 2 minutes, no need to bash anything, just slipped together no problem. Rather than glue the sides as suggested, I am going to Decopatch it so it will have glue and varnish on the sides. I wish I had seen it before. The price was excellent and it was dispatched very quickly. The instructions to assemble it are simplicity itself. Brilliant product.

Very easy to put together and really quite sturdy when constructed. If you are going to paint, then try to keep away from the tab fittings, as these can swell if using water based paints making assembly more difficult. Bought 2 of them mounted them on the wall, and now my ink pads are sorted by type and colour and stored in the correct orientation!

Stores my inks beautifully once I had put it together !! Absolute mare to assemble. Was going to buy another one after seeing what it was like but not now.

easy to put together, not only fits tim holtz distress inks but i also have hoppy craft, staz on and archival ink pads init and the second one i use for my buttons packed in the card deck plastic storage boxes.you can get a lot in these racks.

ariived VERY late, a few weeks later than expected, made ok, doesnt look any thing special. wouldnt buy again
