No way this is easy set up!
I chose this system as it is promoted as 'easy to set up'. I spent 4 hours attempting to get the home hub connected and failed. The Web help line needs a PhD to understand and customer services are only available Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00! I have had to leave my house unprotected! Not happy.

As it comes, ideal for a flat or small bungalow - but too many expensive add ons required for a full house.
This system, as it comes, is only useful for a flat and is the basic starter pack for a modular system that Panasonic have launched. In the box you get the main hub, a door/window sensor, a siren (indoor only) and crews and cables.Set up is straight forward, everything paired to the hub straight away and using the system via the app was easy. I tested the app whilst I was at work and was able to observe my living room 'live' as my dogs walked around the house. I failed to understand the idea of the siren only working inside the house/flat where it is installed. My big concern with this system was that for a full home security system you'll need to spend an awful lot of money, and I think there are many complete systems available on the market that provide much better value.

All homes should be smart
Recently purchased this to replace Yale wireless rubbish. So far i am impressed; easy to pair with optional extras, good range around my house, connects to my virgin super hub, connects remotely to my android Sony mobile, build your own alarm events, list goes on! My only gripe is the camera image quality, it is pretty poor (hence four stars), however the idea is to make it appear somebody is in. Have motion detection running when you are out to turn on the lounge lamp when somebody approaches your property, or sound the siren when the window is opened. What's more you can view event set up instructions from within the app to get you started. Thought of another use, camera can detect temperature and tell the smart plug to turn on the heater for your pet! Smart Home is the way to go!

Really unfriendly software that always never works.
The software is horrible to set up and the manual does not make easier. Indeed make worse since make a mess about the lights that need to appear during instalation. Moreover, the software is really complicate and do not automatically connects at the majority of the times.

Security works but tricky to set up.
This took some considerable time to get working and we had to start again from scratch a few times. In the end it worked well, but since it only includes one window and one door sensor, it is very much a basic starter kit, or for a very tiny home. We'd need to buy at least 3 more door sensors, and we'd probably give up with windows since we have too many to make this economically sensible.Once set up the sensors worked well and we did not get false alarms. In summary, it works well, but is an expensive endeavour, and temperamental to set up.

Nice, user friendly security hub
This system was clearly designed with ease-of-use in mind, so for people investing in a security system like this for the first time - or for those who aren't too experienced with gadgets and computers in general - this is an excellent choice. Setup is fast and straight forward and the only real thing you have to work out is the most central location in your house to provide good coverage for the hub to detect the sensors. The app is very well designed and has some neat features such as allowing you to keep track of security when you're away from home - and you can even control lights connected to your system. The only negative for me is that the sensors you get with the kit are the absolute bare minimum and you'd need to buy some additional sensors to have full coverage of your property - though the system is designed to be easily expandable, so it's really a cost issue rather than a technical issue. Overall, a very nice system that will give you peace of mind (if you're willing to pay for a few extra bits).

It does set up easily, however
This is an interesting product that does do what it should. It does set up easily, however, be aware that you need to link it to a device that supports either the AppStore or Googleplay. Unfortunately, I have a Nokia phone that uses Microsoft, so I can only link it to my IPad, which is less useful.. The other problem is that whilst it gives 300m as the wireless rang, we have very thick stone walls, so it can be a bit erratic. The kit I received is the most basic, and to be honest, I'm not sure it can be classed as a security system. We live fairly remotely, so even if I did find out that there'd been an unauthorised entry to my home, not sure what I could do about it!
