I really don't like to write a negative review, but thought I ought to warn others of the problem I've had with this belt which I've had to return.The belt itself it far too stiff and not at all malleable. I managed to get it around my waist but at the tightest I eventually managed to get it, none of the pads were touching my skin at all.Very disappointed as I was hoping this would be a good belt for me, but if I can't get the pads to touch my skin, then what is the point?The belt needs to be made of more supple material for it to fit properly, at least for me. Perhaps it was a one off and they're not all like that? I don't know, but I don't want to chance trying another. VERY disappointing.On goes my search for another belt - oh well :(

belt is to stiff and too long to fit me, the pads don't stay in contact with the skin so when it's working all it does is burn, don't know what I'm going to do with it, but I just ordered a slendertone, at least I know that works, doesn't always pay to show around for an alternative

Doesn't sit around the waist properly so even at it's tightest it wouldn't fit properly, after one use the digital display couldn't be seen when it was turned on

This doesn't really qrap around you right..hard to explain but maybe others have had the same.I'm small but it's almost like it doesn't sit on my abs

This is effective you can feel the pulses Its sturdy, if a little too stiff, getting it round you takes some practice, but it hold its position and you can still jog, do some work out while wearing it. Good value.
