I've been suffering from "tennis elbow" (despite not having played tennis this century) for 8 months now. I've tried various braces and bandages and its been a case of "its fine until I use it".I gave up and went to see a physio who recommended an exercise (while acknowledging that the exercise might not do any good as they're not all that sure how to deal with it beyond "give it time") and this thing. Have to say I was sceptical, but I ordered from the link he gave me and have used it ever since.Its early days, but so far I've been able to do most things (including go to the gym) and I've not been in agony the next day. The rowing machine did twinge a bit, but I got away with it I think.I was very unsure how "tightening a thin band 4" below where it hurts" would help, but it seems there is a science to it and it seems to be doing the job which is what I care about.I've given it 4 stars as its only been a week and I have had some pain during this time. Its more supportive than the other braces I've tried and it seems to be working and helping with the pain. I'll try to remember to update this in the future if it helps. I'm going to get back into exercising this week, so we shall see.Great that there's two in case I lose or break one (though they are very well made, so very unlikely to break). I'm not intending having two lots of tennis elbow!

This is what my physiotherapist has recommended for my persistent elbow pain following injury, but I am not so sure if it has helped. However, the quality is good.
