I have a golfer’s elbow, and the doctor advised me to get a brace to control the pain during physical therapy and workouts. I found this brace with great reviews at a reasonable price. The instructions are not great, but some great videos show how to wear it. The brace manages the pain, but not entirely during the workout. I wear it during physical therapy and exercises, and time will tell.Update:After about a month of using this brace and doing physical therapy, this brace worked well for my condition. I will continue using it with my physical therapy until my elbow heals.Another Update:I continued using the brace with physical therapy, and my golfer elbow was completely healed. I still wear it when I work out to prevent any injury.

E’ da oltre 1 anno che accuso un dolore al braccio DX concentrato soprattutto nella zona del gomito.Ho sottovalutato il problema sperando che sarebbe scomparso nel corso del tempo, cosa che non si è verificato. Alla fine mi sono convinto a sottopormi a degli accertamenti effettuando una ecografia dalla quale mi è stata riscontrata una epicondilite.Conosciuta la causa su consiglio di un amico fisiatria ho acquistato questo tutore che si presenta come una fascia da posizionare sotto il gomito che ho indosso per almeno 8 ore al giorno, soprattutto nei momenti di sforzo del braccio, ho acquistato un tappetino per mouse con appoggiapolso per PC, (considerato che per lavoro utilizzo molto il compiuter), ho anche effettuato dei massaggi con un elettrostimolatore della Tesmed, che per altro già possedevo. Ebbene il dolore che mi portavo dietro da oltre 1 anno, dopo 30 giorni di queste accortezze il dolore si è ridotto almeno dell’80% e giorno dopo giorno mi accorgo di stare sempre meglio.Per il prezzo irrisorio e per i benefici che personalmente ho riscontrato, consiglio l’acquisto e l’utilizzo di questo tutore.
