Rude Health Puffed Oats 175 Grams. (Pack of 8)

I flipping love these. They’re normally about £3 per box, so buying bulk at this price (£6.87 for 8 boxes) was unbelievable. I add banana or apple with these in a bowl with oat or almond milk. They taste exactly like puffed wheat, except they’re oats. No taste difference at all really. I also use these instead of cornflakes to make chocolate puffed oat bites. I just put golden syrup, butter, cocoa powder on the hob to dissolve together and then mix these in and put into cupcake cases and scoff as a treat. Yum

Real good cereal for people that have an intolerance to normal cereals. Spelt is so much more digestible

Find them hard to source locally. Great product and enjoying for my breakfast

This has replaced all other sources of grains/carbs in my diet.

Not a fan of traditional oatmeal. Wanted something like cereal but with oats. This is perfect, with a nice toasty aroma.

Ordered a pack of six as have this cereal every day and it was proving quite difficult to find and quite expensive when we did find it. A very cost effective way of buying.
