hey are easy to swallow and 100% natural. You can't get any better than that.
I bought these supplements because I have been hearing so much from friends about the benefits of Turmeric. Because of this, I decided to do my own research and found that the benefits of this spice of taking Turmeric are incredible, in particular, their anti-inflammatory and pain reducing characteristics. Although I suffer from none of these ailments, the benefits of taking the supplement far outweigh not taking them so I having nothing the lose - and only to gain in health!I chose this particular brand because I always prefer to go organic over non-organic. I don't see the point in trying to maintain your health with cheaply made synthetic tablets that will only in the long run serve to do more damage. At least with these captures they are additive free (so they do not contain any chemical additives which means they are good for us) They have in no way been genetically modified an have been grown locally in the UK so you can be sure that you are getting what is says on the label.On of the biggest perks to this product is the addition of black pepper. Black pepper has been shown to substantially increase the bioavailability of nutrients from food and supplements, and so increases the absorption of the Turmeric which is essential if you want to get the maximum benefits from each capsule.Overall, a must have addition to any healthy lifestyle. very happy with this product. whoever made it knew it is bets absorbed with oil and pepper. so i break the capsule and put it on the avocado or in salad. sometime sin smoothies with coconut oil. will buy again thank you. got this with the discount so that i can review. thanks
