All the products are good overall but the Mug is damaged. And it's not the first time, I ordered the same RM merch set back in April and that time as well the Mug was damaged. I turned a blind eye towards it because that was the first time but the same thing happened again. Idk if it's packing issue or manufacturing but you need to solve this. Obviously all items are worth the money but when gifting it to someone it just doesn't look good that the mug is broken again and again.
