This earbud is great. The fit in the ear is comfortable and does not move and sound is clear. The magnetic charger is excellent and much easier to charge up than using a cable. Battery seems to last well and connects to bluetooth easily. Overall a great little device.

The product arrived on time and was well packaged... The small. Case they arrived in is very good quality considering the amount I paid.Pros1.very small and comfortable2.volume is very loud considering their size.3.very easy to connect to my phone.4.charging is very easy using the magnetic.. connector5.battery life is very good for the size of the productCons.1. The volume is only adjustable on the phone and if set to hi you can hear a constant although very low background noise.2.it can be worn in the left ear but it does feel slightly off as it's shaped for the right ear.3.cannot get the button on headset to work with Google voice by holding it in as with my other headsets.4.the female voice sounds like it's trying to be erotic with the way she speaks when you turn it on or off... It's probably the most funny and annoying thing about this.

Bought this on the 27th April 2017 and it won't charge anymore, up until then it was brilliant. Such a shame as it was really useful and worked well.Update, I have received a replacement G11 so we'll see if it lasts any longer, thank you to the seller for replacing the faulty G11. I will be changing my review of 1 star up to 4 stars for now as it is an awesome little device, but if it faults again I will have to adjust it, I will report back after 4 months.

Nicely fit into my ear, battery ok, consumes really fast, for playing little loud, otherwise 5to 6 would be possible. However the device start interfering with everything I pass or pass me. Very annoying! (it gets worse when power remains low, as well as shouting waring battery low at 20% with Chinese English accent girl 🙄)

Works brilliantly with iPhone 7. Sound is good. Easy to use and pair and would have easily been as 5 star but no where was it mentioned that it was built for the right ear and as someone with almost no hearing in right ear I've had to wedge it in my left ear which feels uncomfortable and loooks odd. Another customer has written similar comments the day after mine arrived which would have made me look for another device instead but really I think such basic product info should be provided by GoNovate

Very good product. Unfortunately, it does not - unlike other earbuds, in my experience - survive a session in the washing machine in the pocket of a pair of jeans. Its battery life was excellent. It fit comfortably and the sound it produced was clear. I'd buy it again.

Great sound and easy to pair. Fits well in the ear and battery life is great. Magnetic charger is a delight. I Was so impressed I bought another one. Only gets three stars as the first one now refuses to pair with my devices.Will the second one stop working?

Brilliant ear piece. Easy to sync with samsung phone . Sound is good and as it is only in one ear its safe to use when walking. Fits very well in ear feels secure.
