Children's Backpack Rucksack With Lunch Bag 4 To 8 Year Olds British Design

What an awesome backpack! The kids and we absolutely love it! Having had many inferior bags, I can honestly say that if you're after a great quality, durable, functional and great looking backpack, look no further! This backpack really did have the 'if I designed a backpack, it would have...' and ticked every box! Must be designed by a parent!Right, here's the low down:Size: great size. Has handled homework and books very well without being overly bulky. The main storage compartment is a good length and it even has an internal smaller compartment which the kids are currently using for stationary.Detachable lunchbag: what a fantastic idea! Kids love it. It's the right size for sandwiches and snacks. Presumably if they weren't so excited about using it as a lunchbag, I suppose they could use it as an additional storage compartment. Occasionally the kids do use the handle on the lunch bag too.Bottles: the side bottle holders are actually well designed. Previous ones have not held the bottles well but this one has secure and good quality elastic to enable easy use, whilst on at least one occasion, held a bottle whilst one of the little ones was running full pelt!Material and design: really thick material, seems likes it's going to last a long time. Shoulder straps and the buckles are also sturdier than I've normally seen. Vibrant colour and design - kids really love it!Velcro: holds very well and the design of the main compartment cover has protected then contents during a very wet walk home from school! It even comes with a Velcro cleaning brush that I've actually put to good use on the Velcro on my weight training gloves!It also comes with a black draw-string carry sack which has been used for muddy trainers. A nice touch!Overall, very pleased and would definitely recommend. Incidentally, next day delivery came in very handy for disorganised parents at the start of the new school term!

A sturdy backpack which is comfortable for my 5 year old to wear. The extra compartment at the front which you can detach is an excellent idea. You can cram a surprising amount of stuff into this small bag!

I bought this for my niece and it arrived on time and was actually better looking than I thought, it also came in another bag that could be used for keeping things in such as small toys, shoes or trainers.

Very good, only criticisms are that kids like to dangle various items (bits from kinder eggs, key rings etc) from their bags these days except there isn't anywhere on the front to do this. The other is the drinks holders could be slightly more generous.

From the packaging to the design this backpack has been made with great care and attention to detail. The pattern works for both boys and girls. The detachable lunch bag is very convenient and easy to manage for my daughter. I especially liked how sturdy this bag felt. Main thing I liked though is that it is waterproof and easy to clean. No soggy books. I would recommend it for kids from around the age of 5 onwards.

The bag was well packaged. Very good idea that the rucksack had its own cover, which was could be used as a separate draw cord bag. Love the idea of the separate lunch bag, no need for heavy plastic lunch boxes. Overall really great bag for kids.
