Must be taken with food or you will feel nausea
I am not sure if it's beneficial, I am not a vitamin buff. It makes me feel nauseous on an empty stomach so I take it with a little bit of yoghurt and it's fine.

Mixed bag but overall don't recommend it
Zinc picolinate is excellent but this capsule comes with copper gluconate (which is worthless as a supplement and harmful to cells in a culture) as well as copper citrate.Adittionally it doesn't tell you how much copper citrate there is. My guess is very little.It certainly has the zinc effect but the copper is hardly felt.I won't be ordering this again. If it came with copper bisglycinate (chelated) I would prefer this supplement to the others as it comes in a perfect size and delivery method (capsule as opposed to a dirtier tablet).
