Perfect for Pre Season on-ramp pitching program.
Bought this to work on arm care for my kid, he has about 10 weeks until spring season and this was a complete kit for a great price. The plyoballs come in a good assortment of sizes and are easy to grip by teens. Bands are very nice and velcro wrist wraps work nice and strong.

These are really good for throwing and getting your arm stronger the only thing that I dislike about them are the way that they feel. I think that they should have some baseball seam and big a tad bit bigger so that the ball is less compact overall great product

As Expected
Great set for my middle school age group. Made it all the way through the season with over 15 players using them regularly. Can’t ask for more bang for your buck than that with something made to literally be thrown against a wall.
