The ingredients are simple — no hormones, no GMOs, no added sugars or fillers — just what I want from a “healthy” option. I use it after workouts and in smoothies, and I’ve noticed better recovery, less bloat, and more satisfaction than with cheap powders. The double chocolate flavor (which I got) is rich but not overly sweet. Tasted delish and feels “clean”. Definitely have to remember to shake it good otherwise it gets clumpy.
