Heavy water leakage found near circled place , so opened to check and found inside one red circled part is broken so not working. If handle only is replaced ,no need to return full items.No problems with Pipe

I love this hose. I bought three and have been using two of them for months with zero issues and they are wonderful. The hours Se closure spin independent of the hose so screwing them into faucets or whatever is way easier than traditional hoses. But better than a great product is a company that stands behind its stuff. My third hose which sat for months before I touched it had a problem where it’s end was not crimped. Sent them a pic and even though was well past three months they immediately shipped a replacement, apologized for the issue and told me to get rid of the other hose at my convenience. Any more hose needs at the house and this is my definitive go to!

Yeah this is a little more expensive but it’s a get what you pay for hose feels 10 times better than my hozelock hose a lot more robust and is kink free which is a god send definitely worth a purchase.
