I've been struggling with heel pain for a long time. Wearing anything but trainers or burkenstocks has resulted in pure agony. I thought I would try these in my ballet shoes for work and had them in for a few days. I can honestly say I'm not in as much.pain but I certainly wouldn't walk too far in them. I found them comfy and didn't slip as some have reviewed. They aren't the cure but they have improved my pain through the day - not sure how long they will last but at this price I'm happy to buy again to ease the pain.

it is comfortable and serves my purpose ,though slightly loose and has a sligth movement when you wearing the shoe.

Arrived promptly and a good value if the product is what you expected. I, however, ordered silicon heel support, which I have been led to believe, by the product image provided, will hold my heel in place. The sides of this product are too shallow to provide such support and is useless to me. I feel the seller should display a correct image next to the product description. I am disappointed.

Bought these for my daughter who has problems with her feet and was recommended to wear gel supports in her shoes. She is a UK size 4, and these fit her well.

Worked well for heel pain. Gathered sock fluff and became discoloured in longer term wear.

they wear down very quickly and fluff gets stuck to them

they fit perfect, don't move in my shoes, but not much support for my plantar fascia
