No funny taste and easy to swallow capsules.

D3 is very important especially in winter time when you're not in the sun much. Getting D3 from plants is also ideal and you don't want to take D3 without K2 to help absorption. This supplement checks all the boxes.

A big plus for me is that it is tasteless. The only minus is being a bit oily so I mix it in a beverage instead of directly in the mouth. I like that it is organic.

So if you don't handle supplement size well, this one isn't any different. However, even though there are MANY great benefits from medicincal these essential vitamins (I will not go into detail), please do your OWN research and speak with your holistic provider FIRST. All natural/ medicinally used herbs can be just, if not more, as potent & can interfere with OTC & RX medications.
