Disappointing Issues which lead to TomTom Spark 3 watch/Headphones being unusable.
TomTom Spark 3 Multi Sport GPS Fitness Watch & TomTom Bluetooth Sports HeadphonesI Bought this watch and headphones after doing extensive research. The watch seemed to have the functionality I wanted and seemed intuitive. I was very much torn between this and another leading running watch, who are probably market leaders but I liked what I saw.Initially I managed to connect the headphones easily and all worked well. The menus on the TomTom are indeed simple to use and it sync’s well with the desktop software which also is really easy to use. After a couple of runs and in particular when I had booked a trip to New York to run Central Park for a ‘special birthday’, I had problems getting a lock on the GPS connection and then when I did connect, the bluetooth headphone sound kept dropping out so much so that I had to take them off as they were unusable. This was extremely upsetting as this was going to be a special timed event and meant a lot to me. What is more upsetting that this became a theme. When I got home to the UK, I would prepare for runs and no GPS connection or I would have to wait for 20 minutes for it to happen and then the continual drop out with my music via the headphones.Looking at the TomTom FAQ pages, they gave some excellent advise such as wearing the watch on the right wrist as the antenna is incorrectly placed in the watch (this neither worked and it is contrary to the watch packaging which specifically directs you to wear it in the left wrist!!). There were other words of wisdom on there which equally did not work but clearly highlighted that this product has a faulty design.I contacted TomTom support, raised a ticket, left it for ten days and heard nothing back. Eventually I called their support and in fairness to them I spoke with a nice lady, Lisa who apologised and sent out an updated pair of Headphones (not sure why the latest ones were not sent initially). I was very grateful and confident this would resolve the issue…. Alas no. Same as!I have contacted Lisa again. After going back and forth a number of times, she offered to have the watch sent back ‘as a repair’ and they will try to resolve the issues. With this taking a minimum of 10 working days (2 weeks), I will be without this equipment whilst I am trying to progress my training for a marathon and I think it is not acceptable. Because of the time passed, this vendor on Amazon will no longer refund the product and neither will TomTom as neither product was purchased from them!I am left with a £235 outlay, a running watch and headphones which are not fit for purpose, which TomTom are clearly aware of plus the knowledge that I should have gone with my gut instinct in the first instance and bought that Garmin! For anyone purchasing the TomTom Spark 3 and Headphone combo, I would suggest airing in the side of caution before doing so. I now have to save up and find another £250+ to buy an alternative product.

certainly over priced
certainly over priced. Its a standard item which should have been cheaper. Tomtom watch was made in a way it will only be compatible with tomtom earphones, so really you kind of are forced to buy it anyway if you like the idea, but does this give them the right to over price it? total exploitation in my view..

Not much Bass
Paired eventually but the sound quality is not great. Bought some MPOW headphones for £19.99 which paired easily with Tom Tom Spark watch and much better sound quality. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01GCQ1N2Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1to be fair headphones do generally sound better than earphones.

Great product, really nice design and worked beautifully
Great product, really nice design and worked beautifully! Unfortunately, my 1 year old golden retriever thought so also and ate the LOT! Shame, but I am buying it again because it was such nice quality. You won't be disappointed.

The right one
It is the right one for the Tom tom watch. After lost money in others that's the one which connects in the right way.
