Healthy Caterpillar Grow Kit by Plant Theatre - Educational Gift

Lovely kit to grow with the kids. My little girl is 3yo and loved planting these and waiting for them to grow. The instructions are easy to follow. There's 2 cons in my opinion though, the price, and how flimsy it is for the price we're paying. I dropped once myself when bringing over to water them, the bottom is not strong and bends, lid comes off very easily, it just sits on it. We had a couple of accidents with my 1yo when I got distracted for a second and he put some soil all over my windowsill and floor. Also 2 of the veg are not sprouting, I'll try again and see if they do. That's why I gave 4 stars only. Overall it's nice though, my 3yo loves it anyway.

I bought this to have some educational fun with my 3 year old son. He really enjoyed the whole planting experience. We planted in mid June and the seeds all germinated (except the red peppers)! We’re only one week into this and I’m so impressed how quickly it’s all grown. Still waiting on the peppers but regardless, this was a great buy and my son was able to learn how plants grow from seeds! Moving them on to bigger pots now!

Bought this for my 6 year old, everything you need is in the kit and it’s super easy, he didn’t need any help with anything. Less than two weeks later and most of the seeds have sprouted, just waiting on the pepper. Bear in mind you will need larger pots or a veggie patch to move the seedlings to rather soon as these are very small but ideal for little hands who get bored quickly. He has loved seeing them grow!

Comes complete with individual plant pots, expanding soil packs and seeds.Elizabeth loved it and has planted her seeds and enjoys watering daily

So this product would of got a 5 from me as my 5year old really enjoyed the process and after a week we can see the veggies sprouting all ready! The reason it got a 4 is unfortunately two seed packets where missing so we could only do the 4. I tried to message the seller but it said I had to contact the manufacturer and sent a link to there website I messaged them but had no reply. Just a shame when it's a gift for a child and its not complete they don't quite understand why not.

I bought it as a present for my 5 years old friend and he was absolutely happy!! He has just plant the seeds and I am sure that he will love checking them every day to see how they grow. I love the fact that if all grows in a good way, ypu can then make a salad :)

The product was fine and a good idea, all explained well. What was a great shame was the delivery company just threw it over the large garden gate whilst, by chance, I was in the front garden. They did not ring the bell or followed instructions on a parcel box for deliveries right by the gate. What concerns me is not so much that the item could have been damaged, but that it could have hit someone or a pet and caused injury. This is unacceptable, especially in this time where no one wants to go to hospital unnecessarily.

Bought this for my son I love it and so does he they have started to grow after a week very very happy with this.
