Honestly, these are great quality! I did order the 3inch thick cushions and chose double piping. They look so elegant and beautiful. They had no unpleasant odor. The comfort is wonderful. They were honestly not priced bad at all. They’re a beautiful touch to our breakfast nook. They even have a zipper to remove the cover if u choose to wash. I am not sure if it would be challenging to put back on, but honestly, these are worth every cent. Functional. Beautiful. So happy we chose 3in thickness. Absolutely comfortable. I would recommend and would purchase again. Shipping for custom item, was actually NOT bad either. If you’re questioning buying, question no more. They’re fantastic. I’m so happy with this purchase. MEASURE APPROPRIATELY, as they do not refund if u make any error. Which is understandable.

The manufacturer was very inquisitive and detail oriented. They made sure that the fabric and piping were exactly what I wanted and the dimensions were double checked. It took only a couple of weeks and looks better than I could have ever imagined. I would highly recommend this company. First time ever having a custom bench seat and am so glad I did.

Excellent quality. Fit is perfect. Waterproof. The foam is dense and is very comfortable. I will be replacing other cushions soon!

The media could not be loaded. These custom cushions are great! The fabric seems to be of great quality. I got 3” thickness instead of the standard 2”. So comfy!! They arrived in about 2 weeks which is not bad at all for a custom product such as this! I ordered two cushions for my outdoor patio stone bench in the paisley print (see photos and video). I only had one concern and that is that the longer of the two cushions I ordered was a full 1” too short for the space that I painstakingly measured to ensure a perfect fit. Aside from this, the product is very lovely and quite nice! I love it and so do my guests! I would highly recommend! Outstanding quality!

The zipper for the cushion cover was broken when I opened the secondary packaging. Meaning it was packaged broken. I didn't need a removable cover, I wanted it sewn!

1.Not an inexpensive item. I received it today. Number one it was off an inch on each side, but will work. My husband helped me measure twice. I’m not great at that so I got assistance. Still off.2.Firm and well sewn.3. Lackluster pattern. Pattern good but colors dim and subdued. Not the bright floral I thought I had ordered.4. I’ll keep it only because some poor soul worked hard on this and I don’t have the heart to possibly get that person in trouble. It’s not their fault.5. Its the lack of bright color I’m most aggravated about. That’s the owners and their advertising. Little deceptive advertising.6.off topic but I received a dress made overseas today as well. Same deal. Sewn great. Very muted subdued color and Not as advertised. Do I detect a pattern lately. See a colorful bright item. I guarantee you it will be half that bright as advertised. Very aggravating. I’m going to start sending items back or go to Macy’s.

I am updating my previous review because I am very impressed by how quickly the seller responded to my initial disappointment with the fabric quality. They worked with me to make sure that I ended up with a product that looked the way I envisioned. I give them a lot of credit for that. Also the sewing quality is very good. The piping is even and straight, and seams are well done. I took off one star because the fabric really should not be so see through as to show the color of the very bright yellow foam beneath. It really cheapens the cushion. You can see the before and after photos of my cushion. I really wanted a crisp ivory fabric, and this fabric was the one from this seller that was close to what I wanted, so I did not return the cushion. Instead I wrapped the foam in 2 layers of batting to hide the yellowness. It worked and the batting created a better quality cushion overall. The seller was willing to reimburse me for my additional expense. That's a great solution. In terms of the wrinkles, the trick is to patiently steam them out. I did not use an iron because the fabric already has a bit of a shine to it and I did not want to create more shine.

To start with I was very skeptical of online custom orders for cushions more so, since I have an odd sized trapezoid surface. I took the leap trusting some of the recent reviews for this product and I have to say they have not disappointed at all. As soon as I sent the measurements with the order, the vendor has immediately messaged asking for more details and photos along with suggestions of what measurements will be correct and what are not. After two or three iterations, we finalized the measurement and they proceeded with the manufacture and delivery of the item as per the estimates. The final product I received was pretty good matching the dimensions of my surface and I was very pleased with the overall experience including the delivery timelines, communication, fit and quality of the item so far. Its still early days, but the cushion is quite firm and I assume this will last for sometime.
