Very good rubber coated plates
I'm overall very happy with this pair of plates, though they are a little expensive compared to similar plates at the local sporting goods store. The weight is spot-on as verified by my scales. Be aware that they will probably need to be cleaned off when they arrive - my pair had what felt like a coating of WD-40 that I had to wipe off with a cloth dipped in soap and water. They are well constructed and a fantastic size - a little larger than a normal iron 10 pound plate. I hope this review was helpful.

Love them!
I bought the 5 and 2.5 lbs for my “change weights” and very please with these. All my other weights are from ROGUE but for the small weights I felt like saving $50 (with shipping) and got these. Put them on scale and they were within +/- 3oz. Just wash off the oily substance on them, dry off and get to lifting!

Great set of weights!
This is my first set of weights ever that are made of rubber, and I am sold! They are easier to pick up and add them to your bar, they don't make a crashing sound when you put one on top of the other, and they seem less likely to dent your floor if you drop one. I also like the fact that they are 2.5 lbs each. This way when you're moving up you can add an amount of weight that you can still lift. If I'm close to the maximum, I may not be able to add a full ten pounds to the bar. For reference, I'm a 5'3" woman. I'm impressed with the quality and workmanship on these. Very nice!

Accurate small(ish) plates
I have 2 pairs of 2.5 lbs plates, in black and in blue. The weights are accurate, each within a couple ounces of the label. They fit well on all my bars, with only a slight rattle on my old Texas Power Bar, but not enough to rock sideways. They can support a 45 lbs bar on the floor, but I certainly wouldn't drop it on them. They're not true bumper plates. But they will keep a barbell off the toes when training little ones who can't use big plates yet. These go well paired with a kid's or technique barbell, but can obviously be used with regular Olympic barbell just fine. Note that the 2.5lbs plate is about the same diameter/thickness as a rubber-coated 5 lbs plate from Troy, VTX, or similar.

Good Rubber Plates
These are as good as you could hope for. The weight seems right, though I don't have a super precise scale. They feel good when dropped, though obviously 2.5 isn't a lot of weight.Everything is just as expected and I appreciate that the markings are on both sides of the plate and upside down/right side up. It's a small feature but it just makes the whole process smoother. I'd highly recommend these.

Vine Review
Vine review, so I didn't pay for the item.Weights are close enough to spec. If you're that worried about 3-4 ounces, you probably should be shopping another price point. I think they feel comfortable in your hands, easy to load/unload the bar, and appear quite durable in early testing. Off-gas odor is significantly less than other bumper plates I've used (even at commercial gyms). They are large for 2.5#, but that's the point of bumpers. i generally had reserved bumper plates for hang cleans or other complex movements that required me to back off weight, but where I still needed to be able to bend over and grab the bar. In that sense, they are actually too small, as they are significantly smaller than 45# plates. Maybe I use the wrong verbiage, but I'd just call these rubber coated (or solid rubber) weights, rather than bumper plates.Otherwise, they work perfectly. They make the bar heavier at a pace suggested by the weight rating, so hard to complain too much. At $5/#, they're probably on par for a durable higher quality rubber olympic weight.

A High Quality Weight Plate
Very nice weight plates. Look like they belong in a fancy commercial gym. According to my scale, mine are within half a percent of the advertised weight. The sleeve in the middle is nice and smooth and slides easily on and off the bar.I guess I ought to point out that since these are primarily rubber, they are a lot bigger than solid iron plates of the same weight. In one of my photos, I show the NEXO plate and an iron plate that are the same weight. You can see how much bigger the NEXO is.

Great!
I recently moved and am converting all of my plates to bumpers. I wasn't planning on getting 2.5's but saw these and decided to add them to the set and I am glad I did! They are high quality feeling and made of very solid rubber. They fit great on a standard barbell and look very nice as well. I think $5/lb is a bit pricey, but that's usually how it goes with the smaller weights. Overall, a great product!
