Does what it says stays sturdy on a surface and keeps drinks hot for a good amount of time.

I bought this product after having seen it in action by an elderly family member and another much younger person. It does exactly what it says on the tin - on a flat surface it won’t budge at all, and boy have I put it through its paces over the past year. It keeps hot drinks hot for about 1-2 hours when the lid is tightly closed so when things at work are hectic I don’t waste a whole cuppa which is brilliant. Haven’t tried it with cold drinks yet. Really happy with the purchase and would definitely buy again

I absolutely love this mug. I have been using it for the last 3 years and recently bought a new one for no other reason than I just wanted a fresh new cup. It's brilliant for working near computers etc as there is peace of mind that this will not fall over and spill. I work with children and I am confident to leave this around the classroom as they won't be able to knock it over. excellent product.

Pretty good but....in some ways limited. I bought this as I am a seafarer and clearly cups that fall over are a bit of a pain. Sometimes literally. When I spotted this I thought that iI would give it a go if nothing else for interests sake. And it does work well on really smooth surfaces but less so with the likes of a kitchen worktop where there is a very slight 'grain' in the surface. It still sticks but is easier to knock. On a very polished computer or office table this combined with the water tight lid - with lift up drinking flap - could well save you a knackered computer or coffee stained company paperwork. For me as an engineer I have allocated a super smooth bit of steel in the workshop for my mug with strict instructions on pain of future job prospects that remains clean and free of the usual debris that any ships workshop accumulates. The mug works by having a rubber seal with centre vent closed by a ball sitting on it as the weight of the mug presses down. As long as the ball seals the ring the mug is vacuumed onto the surface when it is knocked. When you lift up the mug the sea is broken and it lifts clear. And this is where you have to ensure that you keep the crap out of the base, because any dirt or lint will stop the ball sealing the rubber ring. In terms of drinking temperature this is good for about an hour with the lid on. For me that is plenty of time. I'm a bloke. I eat and drink in tune with my ancestors who had to get themselves fed and watered in between being eaten by sabre toothed tigers. If you need more than an hour to drink your coffee or tea then you need to think about speeding up. If I'm being brutally honest the tradional ships mug which has a larger base than top works just as well. This is a bit more fun and a talking point though.

What a brilliant idea! I work in a school and we have to have hot drinks in a suitable safety cup at all times. I bought one for my colleague who is notorious for spilling her coffee in class. She LOVED it! I now want one as I spill a cup at least once a week. This cup really does stay upright unless you pick it up vertically. If you try to lift it on an angle it will not budge. Accident prone coffee drinkers everywhere buy one you will not regret it :-)

Excellent product for its stability it really won’t tip over. The insulation however is poor and doesn’t keep drinks hot nearly as long as a cheaper alternative from a supermarket. Still a good mug to drink from though overall

I've had this for almost 2 years now if im right with regular use and still works brilliantly! There has been no change to it's ability to hold itself up and the seal has had no leaks. I used this on a multiple use a day basis and for around a year and never had a single issue. Brilliant to show to friends too. Took it to a primary school on work experience for a week and tbey were fascinated. Retains heat brilliantly too!

There are a number of good and bad points to the Mighty Mug and here they are…. I bought this for work purposes, but due to its unique design, everyone who asks what the mug is I provide the textbook response “it’s a travel mug that won’t fall over” it’s as if a challenge has been set. Here lies the problem. Co-workers alike then take on the gauntlet of seeing if they can topple the mighty mug to which inevitably after performing chops that a Kung Fu warrior would be happy with the mug tumbles. Then the onslaught of gloating occurs as my liquid refreshment spills onto my keyboard and onto my newly pressed trousers. I now have a set of baby wipes in my cupboard. Does it work? Yes to a sensible degree. Does it look good? My co workers are often envious.

Funktioniert wie beschrieben. Der Inhalt wird zwar schnell kalt (im Winter) doch die mickrige Thermosfunktion ist zu verschmerzen. Ich sehe keinen Grund zum Punkteabzug. Becher oder besser gesagt Trinkbecher, der nicht umfallen kann, selbst bei einem heftigen Schlag gegen die Seite ist unser Mighty Mug auf jeden Fall. 'Thermobecher' ist dafür mit reichlich Augenzwinkern zu nehmen ;-) Verpackung und Lieferung sind gewohnt tadellos. Der Trinkbecher ist sehr schnell unter lauwarmem Wasser gereinigt. Selbst nach Monaten der täglichen Nutzung findet sich auf der Oberfläche kaum eine Spur. Das Material ist offensichtlich hochwertig, die Dichtungen halten wie am ersten Tag, und nun das Wichtigste: das Stehvermögen ist wie am ersten Tag. Was will man (und frau) mehr!

I really enjoy this mighty mug. It is designed well. It's big enough to take plenty of coffee. It washes easily. The top is okay for sipping in the car. What I really like is that I can take the top off when I'm at my desk and just drink from the cup, and not worry that I'm going to accidentally knock it over. It really does stay put on my desk. Initially I wasn't sure, but I have good confidence now that it stays where I put it. Several times I have reached over to get something on my desk and hit the cup, and in the past it would have been not a Kellogg's day), but with this month there were no worries. It keeps my coffee hot, and I like that he cleans up easily, and there are no mechanics inside the lid that I have to fiddle with. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Comprato per la mia ragazza caffeinomane, ieri l abbiamo lasciato in macchina sotto al sole con il caffe freddo dentro, la temperatura fuori era intorno ai 37 all ombra , in macchina immagino sia salita notevolmente, sta di fatto che dopo diverse ore il caffe non era freddo ma neanche bollente. Per il resto eccezionale, non cade come da descrizione e chiusura super ermetica.

Este producto es increíble, aun no me lo creo y no paro de darle golpes a ver si cae. Ahora es el vaso que uso para llevarme el café o té a mi mesa de trabajo.
