the warmer is good keeping the that to warm a honey wax. the wax took 20 minutes to heat which was fine but when applying, as soon as I put the applying stick down the wax was hard and I had to break it off my face didn't even take off the hair. it left a bruise on my face from where it was.

This wax machine doesnt hold up very well and is a waste of money. Wax dry very very fast and sticks to the stick and drys before even able to apply. One star because it at least heats up the wax but I wouldn't recommending getting this, wish i can return myself.
