I needed something to secure my Brompton whilst folded on the train, as it likes to go walkabout when not secured. The hooks on this are the right size to fit the train's handles, so works well. I'm not overwhelmed by the quality of the materials, but they're ok [hence it dropping one star].

Does the job but one of the hook fitted wrong way round.

Yes the hooks spin but the plastic doesnt so that cracks and then leaves sharp edges to catch your hands on.Yes it is elastic but my grandmother's bra from the 60s has better elasticity.
