This is a men's headband but I bought it for myself since I have a giant head and tons of hair (think Hermione Granger). This fits over my hair nicely and is snug enough not to slip around but not too snug. It's nice and soft and breathable so it's great during the summer and it's lightweight so I completely forget that I have it on. It keeps my hair and sweat out of my face and prevents that weird halo of frizzy hair I usually get after exercise. I throw this in the wash with my workout clothes (gentle, warm water, Woolite) and it comes out perfectly with no fading or shrinking.Overall, this is a great, lightweight, comfortable headband for men or women and I definitely recommend it.
