I TAKE THEM AND THEY SEEM TO HELP BUT ITS HARD TO TELL, BUT I HAVE BEEN TAKING THEM FOR MONTHS NOW, I WILL SAY THEY ARE CHEAPER THEN THE NAME BRAND ONE THAT COST 45.00 AND ARE THE EXACT SAME PRODUCT AS THOSE DOWN TO THE CONTAINER. IF YOUR HAVING ISSUES GIVE THEM A TRY YOU GOT NOTHING TO LOOSE.

Works well
I use to use that Super Beta Prostate for more than two years and it was marginal at best and really did not stop the urge to go but only after two weeks of using this prostate shield the urge is completely gone and what use to be at least three sometimes four time a night it has dropped to only twice and I do not have that strong urge to go but more like a regular feeling to relieve myself. Plus, this is less money, and it is much better tasting than that super beta chewable. Will be sticking with these from now one much better product and less money!

Be Careful.
Take two a day, no more. Or so it days in gray 3 point type on the back of the tin, Thank Amazon for its magnification of the back label. Especially for a product aimed at elderly customers. BUT.... IT DOES WORK!
