Ordered this product as a bit of an experiment. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. Was all clean and new on arrival. I'd read on previous reviews that the top of the stool is a little narrow and wont take a whole foot and this is correct. The stool doesn't come with a user guide so nothing is explained you just have to experiment a bit to get the idea. I read the whole profile of the stool before I bought it and it does exactly as advertised. It changes your posture by raising your feet....while your sitting on the toilet seat. I cant imagine teetering on this stool to do a normal squat it wouldn't be safe. So don't start thinking that this is what this stool will help you to do. Although I imagine you could do it I wouldn't feel safe doing so.Overall ten out of ten. I think this has really improved my health. Reduced the amount of time i spend in the bathroom and streamlined my chocolata highway so nothing gets left behind. I can honestly say it's the weirdest purchase I've made that has had a huge impact on my life.

Ideal height for getting your feet on and it really helps to get things flowing. I don’t understand how this isn’t in every home. Brilliant product.

Well what can I say?! As a sufferer of gut dysmotility which causes chronic constipation I have tried many many products to try to help. Some were bulky, or super expensive. But this product is a game changer!! So much cheaper than the alternatives, super sturdy but tucks right back against the toilet when not in use! My kids can use the toilet without having to move it. And then when I need it I just pull it out. It’s super comfortable to use and raises my feet to just the right height as suggested by my bowel team. I will definitely be buying another for my upstairs bathroom!!

I got one of these because my daughter has a similar aid (made by her husband) at her house and I found it comfortable to use when I stayed with them.When I tried this one I found it is much higher than the one at my daughter's and my toilet seat didn't seem to accommodate the altered contours of my beam end, so it was quite uncomfortable. Then, the first time I used it, the pee unexpectedly shot straight out onto the floor! Maybe my anatomy is odd.I rearranged myself and persevered and have to agree with reviewers who are positive about its benefits with regard to elimination, however I still don't find it very comfortable. I am 5' 4" tall and perhaps a lower one would suit me better.

Very good little squatting tool. It is the right hight for the job. Makes a big difference. The width could be a bit bigger but I have not found a wider one with the same hight. You’d find probably one that is a couple of cms wider but a lot shorter which is not what you want. So this is the best I can get. Still takes the two feet comfortably especially if you have a pair of slippers on. Slim design makes it look almost like a part of the toilet so it does not dominate the scene in your toilet if it’s small like mine

I got this for after I had my baby but wish I’d got it years ago as it aligns your pelvis and bottom for a strain-free experience. Post-partum I couldn’t push, and was often feeling unfinished, so this was a revelation. Will also be useful when I have a toddler as it’s a decent stool for the loo! I’ll be using this for years, it’s soo much better than just sitting.

The theory is great, and the product is well made, tucks unobtrusively into the curve of the toilet, and serves its purpose well. For this it would get 5*.However, in reality you could purchase a children's toilet step for half the price and achieve the same effect without guests seeing it in your bathroom and wondering what bowel issues you have.

I am physically very disabled and have been using toilet stalls for years however I needed one that was higher due to having a raised toilet seat, so this one is fantastic, it works well enough. I love the fact that it is up against the toilet so it's not in the way of other people using loo don't have to keep moving it. Only thing that bugs me a little is that it's not quite wide enough for the base of the toilet.
