Best flavour
I absolutely love this chocolate bar. I bought it for my girlfriend and I's anniversary. The chocolate has a rich flavor and comes in a wide variety. My girlfriend said it's the best chocolate she's ever had. We love the alcoholic varieties the most. It's perfect for my girlfriend or for a personal celebration.

Pity the chocolate is white
The media could not be loaded. Although the chocolate arrived beautifully packaged the chocolates inside all have a white bloom on them. This is a high end product so one would expect the quality to match, but on this occasion unfortunately the white bloom has compromised the taste and appeal of the choclates. I have always enjoyed Hotel Chocolat but I'm very disappointed that the quality of the chocolates are not as good as they should be or expected to be.

When opened chocolates had melted and were stuck together. Bought as a present,very disappointed to have a product of this expense and quality in such bad condition.
