I ordered this in hot purple and was extremely impressed with the delivery. I order just standard delivery but it came the next day. Only problem was the bottle was slightly dented, doesn't bother me. (Photo included) It came wrapped in plastic and standard amazon packaging. My hair is a medium dark brown with faded out blonde highlights so I wasn't sure if this product would work. So I applied the dye to the area I wanted it, just the ends of my hair. And because my hair was so dark I left it in for around two hours. Before washing it out with cold water. To my suprize it came out wonderful! This was also my first time dying my hair and it was super easy. I've washed my hair once after waiting three days to let the dye fully 'set' in my hair and it hasn't faded much/at all. Some strands look slightly bluish but it's really nice looking with the otherwise purple strands. I only used around a third of the bottle if even so very happy overall. I'll include a photo of my normal hair colour below also for comparison. :)

Fabulous Mermaid Hair!
This product works amazingly well with a few modifiations to the instructions, I have long dark brown hair which I have highted with bleach at the hairdressers every three months. Once the hairdresser puts on the dye, I wrap the whole thing with clingfilm, put a multi coulored scarf over than and head off home for an afternoon of relaxation. 4/6 hours later, I wash it off! Now it does stain just about everything it comes into contact with so a good bath cleaner and gloves to wash it off with is useful but the colour it gives is intense. On the bleached highlights I get the most amazing blue/teal shimmers while the rest is more of a rich deep green. As it fades over the next few months it goes through various shades of mossy green until it reaches a shimmery silvery bluey green by which time my roots need doing again. With it being such a dark blue/green at the begining I get a good month before I can see my roots, and even when they grow through, with the highlights keeping their colour while the unbleached hair fades out I just get this amazing streaks of colour effect. After a year of extended dying times my hair is still in fabulous condition, Really recomend the Peacock Blue - it is more green than blue as it fades but that was the coulour I was looking for - Mermaid Hair x x x

Crazy Colour Coral Red Hair Dye: A Nonexistent Hue
Where do I even start with Crazy Colour Coral Red Hair Dye? If I could rate it zero stars, I'd do it without hesitation. My experience with this product was nothing short of frustrating. To put it simply, this hair dye was an absolute letdown. It promised vibrant coral red hair, but it didn't deliver any colour at all! My hair looked exactly the same as it did before I applied the dye, and that was a huge disappointment. As for the longevity of this non-existent colour, it didn't even last the application rinse wash. It was like I had never used the dye at all. My hair was back to its original colour, and I was left wondering why I had even bothered with this product in the first place. And when it came time to consider a return, I realised I couldn't return a product I had already used. So not only did I end up with hair that looked the same as before, but I also wasted my money on this ineffective hair dye. In conclusion, Crazy Colour Coral Red Hair Dye didn't deliver on its promise of vibrant coral red hair, and it left me with a feeling of disappointment more than anything else. If you're looking for a hair dye that actually imparts the colour it claims to, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. This one was a letdown, to say the least.

Nice colour but its very, very messy
I bought this as i like to live life a little and thought, you know what, why not - lets go bold! I didnt bother with any prelightening or anything, purely because i didnt want to and on dark brown hair, it shows up really well. Its not in your face red, but you can tell it is red - if that makes sense. Im glad i didnt pre lighten / bleach my hair because if i did it would of been to bright for me. One major issue with this is the mess. It goes on really well as its more like a thick cream than a runny solution like some brands are, which was really good. I had got it over my forehead/ears but with immediate scrubbing i pretty much got it off. Lets just say, i needn't of bothered. I got to my development time (i left on for 10 minutes extra because there was a knock at the door), and went upstairs to wash it off. I seen how much was coming off, and the colour just didnt seem to be running clear. In the end i gave up, stood up and dried my hair. I got out the bathroom and said to my boyfriend, "how does my hair look"? He then replied with "oh my god look at your face" as any woman would, i was in immediate panic and looked. My whole face was red, and i mean red. I then looked at him and laughed and then he said " hahahaha look at your teeth", and there you go, my teeth were red. My tip is do not smile when you wash it off like me, because i was scrubbing my teeth for half an hour with Colgates best, my gums were bleeding and by the time i finished i looked like Joey Essex. My poor face didnt get the dye off fully for about 4 hours of scrubbing with soap, by then i couldn't tell if it was dye or i had scrubbed that many layers of skin off. If that wasnt bad enough, i was staying at my mums, only to find then that the red hair dye would not come off the bath. I used 4 different types of bleach in that bath and it was not moving it off at all. I found some of that power mouse and left it on to soak in and managed to get most off, but now a month later there is still a red/pink colour to my bath and tiles. So - would i buy this again - probably not. Nothing against the colour what so ever, but the mess just kind of spoiled it for me. You want to instantly no you look good, not spend all that time trying to get the colour off things and panicking about what its stained. Also, every time you wash your hair more colour comes out, but after the first few washes it stops staining everything it comes into contact with. If it was less messy, i would always buy guaranteed.

How to make/keep colours bright & beautiful
This colour starts out light, so tends to fade quickly. Always wash out ALL hair products including conditioner before applying colour. Do NOT use heavy shampoos like Head&Shoulders before applying! They contain waxy substances and will repel the colour! Do NOT use ANY conditioner BEFORE colouring for this same reason. To keep your colour bright & beautiful, don't use too much shampoo when you wash it! You only need about a pea-sized amount... focus on the front/top of your head and around your hairline at your face.... Then rinse through the ends. Swap every other shampooing with just a good cool water rinse + conditioner + rinse. Use the coldest water you can comfortably stand to keep it super shiny and bright! Do NOT use high heat on hairdryers or flat irons. This will fade and dull this colour very quickly! Keep styling products to a minimum and focus on conditioning products. Light hair oils really help bring out colour and keep the ends looking healthy and shiny. You can also use a tiny bit of light olive oil on the ends, but this may weigh down fine hair... use very sparingly on ends only and do not apply directly to your scalp. When I use lighter colours such as Bubblegum Blue or Candyfloss Pink, I start colouring my hair in the morning or afternoon, put a carrier bag around my hair, wrap that in a towel, and keep it on as long as I can stand it... ALWAYS at least 1-2 hours and sometimes up to 5 hours. The longer you leave it in to start, the longer the colour will stay. I hope this helps! :)
