Beautiful red colour and good quality
Pleased with it. Only tested with hot for now, keeps temperature quite well (after 3 hours tea was still warm to the point I could not drink it). Outside is never hot, not even very warm, you can easily keep the mug in your hand. The only 'but' is the button on the lid that you need to keep pressing when drinking. Bit uncomfortable as it requires some strength

Unrealistic description
Had high hopes for this but am very disappointed. Coffee is stone cold within an hour and I now have a handbag full of coffee as it leaked everywhere (even though it was upright, the smallest tilt will bring the liquid out)

Within a few uses, the external paint began to ...
Within a few uses, the external paint began to fleck away and the red cup I ordered is slowly turning silver. On top of this, the lid doesn't always lock and will come away. Luckly I've noticed before drinking my hot tea from it (so far). As I am concerned, I am now looking for a more reliable travel mug!
