Good replacement filters for revers osmosis water filter
Our son became conscious of drinking bottle water and the water in his dorm faucet was not great tasking. We bought him a reverse osmosis water filter and these are the replacement filters. They work perfect out second time buying them.

I had difficulty getting it in place.
It was a water leaking mess. I had to take it out and reinsert it. Little concerned it would make problem. It seems to still work properly. The other filter went in okay.

UPDATE:The company was very responsive and sent another RO membrane, which fit perfectly. I appreciate the customer service._____________________________________________________________________________________________I rely heavily on the tabletop SimPure unit as I live on an island and have water from a catchment tank.Maintenance has been mostly a breeze, and everything was fine until yesterday. I ordered replacement cartridges from Amazon in January to have them ready. When it came time to replace the RO membrane, it would not snap into the unit. Despite my best efforts, the new membrane wouldn't slide into place like the old one did.Upon closer inspection, I noticed a flaw in the new membrane connector that seemed to be causing the issue. It's frustrating when something as simple as replacing a part becomes a hassle due to manufacturing defects.I had ordered the replacement cartridges well in advance, ensuring I'd have them ready when the time came to change them out - which is now. However, I didn't open the packaging until yesterday, only to discover the flaw in the RO membrane. Unfortunately, the return window had closed in February by then, leaving me in a bind.I left a phone message and also emailed SimPure. The call was returned, but the connection on their end was poor, and it disconnected. I have not heard back since. I must reorder the RO membrane and reuse the old set until this replacement arrives.Note to Self: Check the filters upon receiving them.
