I bought a few of these combo plantar fasciitis kits and this one is by far the better deal for your money spent. Contrary to what some say about the quality, these are very good in quality. I tried the other kits with the same socks but these are actually tighter giving much better compression. The silicon heel pads are better than expected. Love the bright colored RED ball. Never hard to locate around the house where ever and whenever I need to find it. The neoprene heel pads are great when I just want to slip on my sandels or slip on a pair of shoes without socks giving my heels some cushioning when I need it the most. GREAT DEAL AND GOOD COMBO KIT!

Review the sizes closely, sizes are located on one of the last few slides. I ordered the large and it was way too big for my narrow size 8.5 foot. I contacted the seller and they gladly replaced the socks with a small medium that fit much better. I wore them all night and will wear them during the day with my work boots hoping it helps with the foot pain. I will order again in the future if needed.

I love the ball, the socks not to sure about I wasn't sure if i needed a tighter fit or what. Now with tennis shoes and socks and insoles (I know, it's a lot) but it worked for being on my feet 12hrs hospital floor. Now with my nurse Crocs with ortho insoles and the socks were a bit much. The gel like hill supports made my feet sweat, itch and idk what to do with those. Right now they collect dust. Finally the little black padded pads that go into the arch, trashcan!!!.

I didn’t see any difference wearing the sleeves at all. I have bone spurs and planar fasciitis. The ball was nice-felt good rubbing my foot across it, but you can pick up the ball cheaper by itself.

The spiked ball is way too hard and painful to use. The arch supports seem too loose and not effective.

The arch support sleeves are the best. I don’t really use the other products as much but they help when needed.

This ball and compression sock combo are my new boyfriends lol! Easy to pack up and take with me anywhere and they really do help.

I really liked some parts, others were not as a good for me, but the combo was totally worth it.
