I ALWAYS get bitten, so to give these bracelets a 3* review is pretty good from me. I would say you need to use a new one every 3 days, I was badly bitten on day 4, used a new bracelet on day 5 and was ok again for the next three days which saw an end to our holiday.I used in conjunction with another on skin protector after day 4.

Please do not buy these for going anywhere that have mosquitoes. They simply do not work. Both my sister and i bought these for a trip to the Caribbean and the first time i put them on my wrists, i received 3 bites to my hand including one under the bracelet!!!!I then changed them thinking maybe there wasnt any protection on the ones that i was wearing but i got bitten again. My sister fared no better and was bitten several times also. Not sure how these worked for others that have given this item a good review, but i ended up putting the pack in the bin.

Seem to work ok, I only got bitten 3 times over 2 weeks and I usually get bitten a lot. Supplied in a zip-lock bag they do have quite a strong smell but not unpleasant. You'll likely need to put them on each limb which made me look like a bit of a dork but nevertheless they are pretty effective and are decent quality.

The bands worked well in Africa. They had a very strong smell at first but it kept the mosquitos away. After a while the smell goes but still no mosquito bites. I wore one on my hand and on the leg. They were ok with kids too. Will buy them again and again.

Went on a trip in asia where there are a lot of mosquitos and I bought these to get protected.The reality is that even if I literally started to use these after removing them from the pack(I mean fresh). The reality is that these didnt do anything, they were just staying on my foot and my wrist.They dont smell in any way which is good and they also look nice, besides this, useless.

Compared to using strong deet products these really seemed to do the trick in SE Asia. I travelled for 3 and a half months and only ever got bitten a few times. I kept adding on a new one from time to time on my ankle and wrist to keep me covered. Definitely worth taking if you’re usually prone to bites! Also pretty fashionable opposed to the usual plastic ones which are uncomfortable to wear unlike these

i wasnt sure if these were working to be honest, but on reflection i didnt get any mosquito bites in indiathey do smell strong at first and this dies away abit, im not sure how long they would last per individual use, i tended to use them for around 4 or 5 days, perhaps they may last a little longer but they didnt have much smell by them, so i aired on the side of caution to use a fresh bracelet out the pack then!

I habitually get eaten alive by mosquitoes but these simply didn’t work. Recent trip to Italian Lakes saw me pick up around 3 - 4 bites per evening while wearing a fresh bracelet. Ended up going to local pharmacy and purchasing the proper deet solution which worked a treat.I am all for natural remedies and they smelt fairly pleasant but they didn’t do as described.
