These are tablets, not capsules. They have a slight taste that is mostly the arginine (I think from what I remember arginine powder tasting like). These amino acids will help your body produce more nitric oxide, which will aid in blood flow and nutrient delivery throughout your body. I am an active person, and I am constantly using my muscles at varying intensities. One of the most important things for me is getting adequate blood flow in and out of muscles to allow for max endurance and output.
