This calibrated tamper has significantly improved my coffee! it's got a nice weight to it and perfectly tampers at 30lbs without worry. it feels very durable and has a nice design and feel to it. it's also fairly easy to clean, which is always a plus.

this tool is awesome. got it Saturday morning and have pulled perfect shots since....I was struggling to get my shots dialed and didn't realize how inconsistent my tamping was until I got this tool. I have a Lucca La a53 machine with a 53mm porta filter and it works perfectly. It is worth every penny spent and then some as the taste and consistency is amazing

It's good but could be perfect. The pressure is good. I feel like it's the correct amount of push to compact the Puck.I have two (small) issues with it.First is that it's just a tiny bit smaller than it needs to. At least for my rocket - it could be a tiny tiny but wider. But that might be my set up.My second issue is there is a small pop after I'm done pressing down and ready to remove from the portafilter. So when I'm don't and compacted, there is like a mint jolt that can disturb the puck just a tiny bit.Am I being picky? YesWould I buy again? YesDoes it feel like it's great quality? Yes.I wouldn't let my review detour anyone from buying. I just think it could be a tiny bit better making it perfect.

I bought this to go with my Breville Express. I was not getting the even tamping that I needed. This does the trick. It’s heavy duty and has the pressure you need without any effort from you. The size is substantial but not too large. I keep it stored on top of my machine. It wipes clean with a dry cloth and absolutely does the trick. I would recommend this tamper and would definitely buy it again. Definitely takes the guesswork out of my morning espresso
