Highly recommended for a stronger immune system!!
We buy this monthly on subscription. It tastes great and it’s fantastic to cook with and since my daughter started eating a clove of it daily, starting last October 2024 she hasn’t had her reoccurring throat infections, cold or any type of mucus buildup since and we are now into March 2025. My husband and I cook with it daily and I really believe it helps with keeping our immune systems strong. We looked into making our own and considering how much time and effort goes into the process I can honestly say this is excellent value for money. Thank you 🙏

Interesting and savory/sweet flavor. made some humus with a few of these cloves in, Very tasty. I find I have the kit to make my own though. Worth the purchase to find out what is all the fuss about Black Garlik. :-)

Very tasty but doesn’t go far.
I really liked this but it doesn’t go very far so is a tad expensive. But I can’t fault the quality so I guess you get what you pay for

Sweet and aromatic snack
Really liked this. I got hooked on black garlic recently after buying a Spanish version, and I snack on a couple of cloves in passing, just to enjoy the flavour. If you've not tried black garlic, it's nothing like fresh garlic - it's somewhat like a soft gummy with a really sweet flavour that has a citrusy acidity and some deep, aromatic notes that are quite addictive. It has none of the pungency of raw garlic and little of that garlic smell. I can imagine it'd be amazing in salads (a Greek salad particularly) or as a garnish, but I'm mainly just snacking on it. This product is a good sized tub with lots of cloves, and it's packaged well. The garlic is nicely-processed and it's just clean cloves, with no papery garlic skin. It's one of those flavours that you hanker after in the middle of the night, and this product is just great. I'll be buying again.

This is a repeat repeat re- order as I like to have a spare one . It adds flavour to almost anything you cook.easy to use just pop in soups, gravy, oven, the pan, stews, fry ups.. endless uses.
