It fits & works
After finding the right size it works properly. I bought for my boys and was not sure how the sizing would work. My 12yr old fits the XL and my 9yr old fits the L. After wearing for the first time boxing it was uncomfortable but that was expected. It stays in place as the move around the ring and box. My youngest needed to adjust the way the strap hugged his groin a few times but he has to get use to it on. My oldest doesn't adjust it and says it fits him fine the entire boxing session. I recommend wearing gym shorts that are loose to test true fit before using.

Protection for what's important.
The difference between the protection this provides in comparison to just a cup is Extremely noticeable. I practice Krav Maga with this and it's held up well. Make sure to triple tie the back laces though.

Should have purchased a new one sooner.
My last groin guard was from the same manufacturer, and I was very happy with it. I knew that the elastic had degraded over the last year and a half, and it was time to purchase a new one. I wish I hadn’t waited so long, because it really does make a big difference when it’s nice and tight.

Solid fit, good protection
I like the adjustable waistband alot. it’s a solid cup for sparring and moving around on the mats. Use the size chart before ordering to make sure you get the correct fit. Moves where it needs to is strong where you need it to be

Better than nothing
This groin protecter slides off in crucial moments and let me tell you, it may not be as bad when wearing this but you’ll still be feeling every groin strike. Just get a steel cup.

Quality is bad soft and plush like a pillow very low standard of quality avoid waste of money if anything get a pro box groin guard much more sturdy and better quality!
