Makes a quick healthy very tasty meal.
Jar packaged extremely well, also had plastic seal covering lid. Added one and a half teaspoons with a teaspoon of sugar in 175 mls of water - added to my STIR FRY. Very very tasty. Makes for a quick authentic tasting sauce. First time using this as I am experimenting with cooking easy Chinese /Asian food. Definately a keeper. Thank you!

Safety cap popped and leaked product
The taste is perfect and it’s what it should be. I think the people who are complaining have their thoughts mixed up with Korean black bean paste. Anyway, I’m happy with the product itself, but one of them came damaged, the lid popped and was leaking. I checked the inside and assumed it got damaged during the delivery, but since I see similar comments, they should do a better job wrapping and protecting the product.

This is a must have for my cook
I have used this source all most 20 years. The Black Bean Garlic Sauce can keep long time as it has garlic. It’s salty, but it is for small amount to use. I only add one and half spoon of this source to what I cook, such as aubergine fire with tend meet, such as chicken meat cooked with green peppers. Every dish if added with this source it always delicious. My husband also loves it.

Brauchte die Sauce als Zutat für ein Suppenrezept. Die Sauce gab dem ganzen einen sehr leckeren asiatischen Touch und hat damit seinen Zweck voll erfüllt. Dass es zu salzig ist, kann ich nicht bestätigen, ist halt Sojasauce drin und nicht zum puren Verzehr gedacht.

I am not a good judge of this type of product, but I think it did the job well on my first try and I trust this brand. Had considered buying fermented black beens separately for use in combination, but this no longer seems necessary for now, despite the recipe I was using. Will continue to experiment.

I've been unable to get black bean sauce in my local grocery store so I bought this. I like the Lee Kum Kee brand (I use their soy and teriyaki sauces), and it made perfect chicken with black bean sauce. It's a good size (I wouldn't be able to get through a larger bottle. Excellent quality - I highly recommend it.

This is just so tasty and really gives the classic flavor you're looking for. Tons of umami. I've started adding it to other dishes as a general flavor boost. But what really prompted this review is that the jar arrived in perfect conditon. See the photos. The wrap was the inflatable kind and protected the jar perfectly. No leaks, no breakage. So happy for that. I'll be buying the beans and making the sauce myself for cost and customization but I would never hesitate to buy this product again.

Certo che l'aglio si sente, è proprio una salsa di fagioli neri e aglio, di cosa deve sapere? si, molto marcato del suddetto bulbo ma si sente al pari dei fagioli, ed in piccole quantità si sposa ad un sacco di ricette asiatiche. La adoro nei noodles con il burro di arachidi ed una bella spruzzata di lime e degli straccetti di manzo
