Perfect platform for hard-to-find items. Delivery was prompt.
First, gather hair as if making a pony tail. While holding gathered hair, take one arm of PuffCuff and insert the teeth into base of ponytail. DON'T LET GO OF GATHERED HAIR. Repeat on opposite side of head with other arm of PuffCuff. Squeeze arms toward each other to overlap hooks. Gently pull arms in opposite direction to close hooks. Now let go of your gathered hair.
