I was hesitant to buy this product, but it honestly works GREAT. If you have this problem, buy this. It works the best with button up shirts. I don’t recommend it with light colored tee shirts. It fits tight, but it makes “the problem” easier to deal with, if not completely solved.

I have a weak core and have wanted a shirt to support the area. This seems to be what I was looking for. I have a 44” chest and 47” waist. I bought an XL tall first. It went on nicely and gave support to mi DC section. The chest was a bit loose comparatively speaking. So I ordered 3 Large tall. They fit my chest snug and are tight on mid section. Also a bit tighter to put on and take off. But for now I am staying with Large tall hoping t try o shed a ey couple pounds.They are long down to where legs join upper body. So far they do not roll while waring.How will they hold up is to be determined by time. They are heavier than a t-shirt and a smooth under garnet or ware alone.Update: I wore the large while rowing indoors on concept 2 for 1 hour. Then for 45 min while mowing with walk behind mower.The shirts did roll up a little. To about my normal waistline. I am fat with large gut. It was not uncomfortable nor was skin exposed. Maybe if I used XL Tall it would not happen. The large is tight over my stomach.For me I still give them a 5 star rating as they meet my expectations.++

As my “dad bod” has been transitioning into fat dad over the last few years I’ve been buying under armour compression shirts to help Keep the gut and chest sucked up. having to wear a shirt and tie for work daily, I lost that confidence to take the fat cover (jacket/coat/sweater) off even when it was a little too warm. These compression shirts REALLY COMPRESS. They are a lot thicker than the sports style ones I’ve purchased previously and are challenging to take off and on but they do a great job and I feel a lot better about wearing dress shirts again. Haven’t worn them in hot temperature quite yet and I imagine they’ll be a little warm but not as warm as wearing a jacket to disguise the man boobs.

It hide some of the unwanted chest fat, but not so much of stomach fat. I was very happy with wearing this shirt. I purchased two in different colors for casual wear and I'm going to purchase a few more for everyday work.

I lost a ton of weight in recent years but still deal with gyno and loose skin. I tried a few other compression shirts, but this one is on another level. The difference it makes is visible, but the most important part is the way I feel about myself while wearing it. I feel like it helps me show off all the hard work I have put into my weight loss. I liked it so much I bought a second one and I highly recommend.The sizing suggestions from the listing and the comments are accurate. I thought about going a size lower to make sure that it would fit nice and tight, but I don't think I would have been able to get it on and glad I listened to everyone else!

Does an excellent job. It fits snuggly without our crushing the wearer and shapes well. My only criticism is that the fabric type makes your clothes/pants want to slip off when the shirt is tucked in.

Order a size or two bigger than you need. I wear 4xl shirts and I barely got this on because it was so tight.
