The people at Randimals were very pleasant and happy to work with me when I was going through the process of getting my Bee-Rex. When he arrived I was so thrilled. He was a very decent size, the quality of the fur was very soft and he was cuddly which would make him an excellent teddy bear for a kid. The colors are vibrant and what can I say? He's adorable. Why put so much effort into a quality product with quality materials just to sew it together sloppily? And I mean so sloppy that the item becomes unstitched within months.
