Has a lot of useful information about carnivorous plants.

I was suprised the book is much bigger then I thought and has brilliant details. There is a main section on soil, water, light etc then great indepth sections on each main group of plants and their specific needs and if its ok to have them outside etc. I own a venus fly trap, sarracenia, trumpet flavas and a cobra lily so I refer to this a lot as there is a huge amount of conflicting details online. For eg online ppl all saying to keep the flower stalks on my vft but I have read the book and it says to cut it off so I have and rying to grow one from that ha a

Brilliant book, I have always had an interest in carnivorous plants, this book covers everything, from soil types and mixing, to plant positions in your home, temperatures, light, feeding, everything.

A must have book for carnivorous plant fans. Bought for my husband as he is just getting into the plants. Highly recommend.

An excellent book .Easy to read or just dip in and out of. If I were to recommend a book on carnivorous plants that covers the subject on these truly fascinating plants in just one title it would be this or the other(slightly older) classic on the subject 'Carnivorous plants' by Adrian Slack . Both are a great read written by experts and very hard to put down . Just get both and you would not need another .

For the past couple of years I have been doing a research on how to cultivate carnivorous plants with the hope of having my little greenhouse. I read quite a few book but none were as helpful as this one. I cannot recommend it enough. Great!!!

Buen libro, es más una guía de todas las especies. La más completa imagino.

Contains a lot of informative information with lots of pictures and guides.

Ottimo libro sulle le piante carnivore. Tra i vari che ho acquistato questo è sicuramente il migliore, non un semplice libro ma un vero e proprio manuale, pratico da consultare. Parte dalle basi delle coltivazione delle piante carnivore, per andare poi nel dettaglio delle specie più conosciute con tutto quello che c'è da sapere per coltivarle al meglio e finire con le specie meno conosciute o scoperte da poco. Il libro è in inglese, non so se esiste la versione in italiano, è abbastanza comprensibile tranne che per i vocaboli specifici che vanno tradotti pazientemente. Le immagini sono veramente tante, una varietà incredibile di specie, sottospecie, ibridi ecc., tuttavia le ridotte dimensioni del libro fanno si che queste foto non rendano appieno la loro bellezza.

Amazing book about carnivorous plants covers almost all verieties of carnivorous plants and their cultivation care etc. Book has good quality paper and printing. Images provided are good.
