Love this product!
I have been using Naked Biotics for years and love the effect that it has on my body. I take 30mls daily first thing in the morning and feel that it really does support my gut health and microbiome. I feel more energised and have no digestive issues when I’m taking it daily. Great product that I will be taking forever!

Absolutely vile stuff Unlike most stores, I was unable to contact anyone to check if this was normal or an issue with the product Not well tolerated if you have a bad gut, even the starting 10ml gave me upset

Tastes like any fermented drink. Nice and working.
It tastes like like every fermented shot / drink should. I personally like the taste. I dont add anywhere, i just have it on my own. I have discovered that my stomach works better after numerous uses. Ingredients are nice and the price is equally fair. It is a good quality fermented product aimed at improving your gut health.

Expensive long term
I drink a lot of kombucha, occasionally have kefir water (I feel is harder to get hold of), and general fermented foods. I enjoy those tastes so this wasn't totally scary to try. I thought it was fine and comparable in flavour. It helps me with my digestion and subsequently feel more refreshed in the mornings which is cool but no surprise. This product ticks all the boxes apart from price since its a bit steep even factoring in the cost per dose rather than the overall cost. Though I may still get this in the future to have alongside my kombucha for a boost when needed x

Pleasant taste
Very good prebiotic that is easy to take. I dont mind the taste at all, in fact, find it quite pleasant. The supplement contains a variety of strains. It is recommended you start at 10ml and work yourself up to 30ml a day. A 500ml bottle yields a 16-50 day supply depending on dosage. I found the liquid effective at eliminating bloating and it seems like a great way to maintain optimal gut health.
