I love this product! If I could give it a higher rating I would. I bought it for the convenience but I fell in love with the taste of the coffee! This coffee brewer makes better tasting coffee than any of my coffeemakers; it even rivals coffeehouse coffee. Convenient, portable & eco-friendly as well- this is a Winner! To be fair, I did not know this wasn’t ground coffee or beans when I purchased it. It turned out to be an interesting gift labeled “A Barista in a Box.” You just add hot water and each coffee makes in its own packet. The recipient didn’t seem to mind and said he’ll use it. I do love that it included all different flavors from different countries!
