Pretty colors meant to be subtle
This palette is not made for strong color. It’s not a flaw. The shimmering colors can be placed on top of similar solid colors. They are buildable. I put it on sheer and it looks beautiful over a basic primed lid. I like this palette. Many eyeshadow with extreme shimmer are very sheer so if that’s not what you are looking for pass on it. Mac eyeshadow goes on nice.
